There's at least one Sailor Moon gender-bender on the Anime Addventure which didn't get recorded properly in my backlog (and probably matches one of my FeedRinse filters for thread names).

Did I run across an adult-only fic on FicWad that had a prank involving turning a lot of girls on the train into Harry Potter or am I just confusing it with "Dirty Omake – Lav-Lav, Pav-Pav and Pad-Pad" from Violence Inherent in the System?

Ask the author of the Henge Malfunction snips on The Fanfiction Forum whether he ever posted them (or something made from them) anywhere I could link to them.
