Amawa Hibiki has just been certified as a gym teacher... but the landlady forgot to mention beforehand that rent must be paid in advance and she's going to ransom his dog. He tries to get a job at the local private school... but the principal is an old hag who has spent a lifetime building up the belief that men are unsuited to teaching after her boyfriend ran off.

Luckily, when she sees how resolute he is, the landlady reveals that she'd like to prove the pricipal wrong just as much and proposes a cross-dressing plan which he accepts. The icing on the cake is a voice-changing choker from her days as an electronics expert.
