An overconfident researcher tests a transformative serum on the janitor and is then unable to revert him. When it becomes apparent that fresh, naturally-replicated DNA is necessary if he's ever to regain his original form, the (originally unwitting) DNA donor for the serum volunteers herself to take on his form until it's possible to switch them back.
