To prevent the circling vultures from getting his business and fortune, the main character puts out an urgent call for a suitable, healthy, youthful body to be used in an experimental brain transplant. He wakes up, to his sorrow, in the body of his beloved secretary, a victim of the skyrocketing crime rate. However, that sorrow is short-lived when he discovers that, somehow, her mind has remained and, while she can't take control, she can keep the main character company and give him advice on the learned parts of being a woman.

Unfortunately, the characterization feels more shallow than many other stories I've read.
